General conditions of sale

These conditions of sale are concluded between the company ARÔMES ET CÉPAGES, at the capital of 69,000 euros, whose registered office is at 2 rue Olive 75018 Paris, registered with the registre du commerce et des sociétés de Paris under number B428168405 hereinafter refered to as the “Seller” and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website of the Seller hereinafter refered to as the “Buyer”.


These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between the Seller and the Buyer. And these conditions are applicable to all purchases made through online shop of the Seller, the Buyer being either professional or consumer. The acquisition of a product or service through this site implies acceptance of the conditions of sales by the Seller.

These conditions prevail over any other general or special conditions not specifically approved by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. In this case, the conditions will be applicable at the date of the order by the Buyer.

Characteristics of goods and services

The products and services offered are of those listed in the catalog published on the Seller’s website. These products and services are offered within the limits of available stocks. Each product is accompanied by a description provided by the Seller.


The prices listed in the catalog are TTC price in Euros taking into account the VAT applicable on the date of the order; any rate change will be reflected in the price of goods or services. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time although the prices listed in the catalog on the day of the order will only be applicable to the buyer.


The Buyer, who wishes to buy a product or service must: fill in the form of identification which shows all the data requested or give customer number if any; Complete the online order form giving all the references of the products or services; Validate the order after reviewing it ; Confirm the order and payment. The confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these conditions of sales, in recognition of having perfect knowledge and waiver of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions. All the given data and registered confirmation validate proof of the transaction. The confirmation is considered as a signature and acceptance of transactions . The Seller will email confirmation of the registered order; Make payment as foretold conditions.

Withdrawl right

The Buyers, who are non­professional individuals, have a withdrawal period of 7days from the date of their confirmed order to return the product to the Seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except for return shipping costs.

Terms of payment

The price is due for payment upon the order.

The payment will be effected by credit card or by Paypal. It will be realized through the secured Paypal system who uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and no third party can read it during transit on the network.

At the express request of the buyer, the paper invoice showing TVA will be sent.


The Seller, in the process of online sales, is only bound by an obligation of means; his responsibility cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the use of the Internet such as data loss, hacking, virus, rupture of service, or other unintentional problems.

Intellectual Property

All elements of the Seller’s website are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Seller.

In accordance with the date protection act of January 6, 1978, the informations containing names of buyers may be subject to automated processing. The Seller reserves the right to collect information on purchasers including by using cookies, and, if desired, to transmit collected information to his business partners

The Buyer may oppose to disclosure of his information by notifying the Seller by email.

Similarly, users have a right to access and correct their personal data , in accordance with the law of January 6, 1978, upon request by email.

Archiving / Proof

The Seller will archive the purchase orders and the invoices on a reliable and durable constituent as a true copy in accordance with the provisions of Article 1348 of the Civil Code. The records of the Seller will be considered by parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.

Settlement of litigation

These conditions of online sale are subject to French law. In case of dispute, jurisdiction is given to the competent courts of Paris, despite multiple defendants or garantie.
